Script that backups Outlook archive to server

the second link is not of any help because I do not want to cut and paste but make a copy of the .pst's. Also, I really do not understand code, the script I'm using was created for me by someone on this spiceworks forum a few months ago. So, the first link, i do not know how to incorporate that script with the script I'm currently using. Is there a way to edit the script I'm already using?
